EXPEDITE YOUR REQUEST: To expedite your exchange we recommend you place a new order and return the merchandise back to us for a refund.
NOTE: If a new order is not placed we will not ship any new merchandise until we receive the item being exchanged.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
The item(s being returned includes all parts, plastic coverings, tags and hangers.
The item has not been altered or worn
The item is being returned within 7 days after the 3 day review period.
3 DAY REVIEW PERIOD
Due to the nature of this business, we can only offer you 3 days to review your order. This 3 day review period will start the day your order is delivered. Merchandise does not have to be returned within the 3 days and you do not have to call us to let us know that you are sending them.
7 DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 7 days after your review period to return all merchandise back to us. If you exceed this time allowed you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Items do not have to be shipped overnight, but they should be shipped back to us in a timely manner.
AFTER 30 DAYS NO REFUNDS will be given
All returns/exchanges require this form to be completed and returned with all items returned so we can process in a timely manner.
All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt.
